A guide for your next group activity
How PADIVO works
Bring a class, workshop or team into one shared activity. PADIVO gives facilitators a place to collect ideas, ask questions and show the group what is emerging.
01 / Choose a format
Start with the question you want to explore.
Create an account, verify your email and open a workspace. Then create an activity with a title, a clear prompt and the format that fits your group.
Board
Collect text, links and attachments on cards. Use sections to organize a class resource wall, project discussion or workshop. Participants can comment and like cards when those options are enabled.
Brainstorm
Give an open question room to grow on a shared board. Ask everyone to add possibilities, then move and reorder the cards into sections as you discuss the ideas together.
Word Cloud
Gather words or short phrases, such as a one-word check-in or a topic association. Repeated responses appear larger. Set the response allowance and choose when to reveal the results.
Poll
Ask the group to choose from 2–12 options. Use single selection for one choice or multiple selection when several answers can apply. Each participant submits one final ballot.
Q&A
Collect questions during a lesson, talk or meeting. Participants can upvote questions, and facilitators can sort, moderate and mark them answered as the discussion progresses.
02 / Bring your people in
Share a link, join code or QR code.
Choose the activity’s access and participation settings before opening it. Public, private and password-protected activities let you decide who can enter. Where guest participation is enabled, people can join without creating an account; other activities require sign-in or workspace membership.
For a room with a projector, show the QR code or join code alongside a short instruction. Remote participants can follow the activity link. If you are joining someone else’s session, use Join an activity and follow the host’s access requirements.
03 / Guide the discussion
Keep the group focused and the results visible when ready.
Workspace Owners and Editors can facilitate activities. Use moderation to review contributions when needed. Pause or close an activity to bring responses to a stop, and hide or reveal live results to suit the session.
Word Cloud, Poll and Q&A activities have a presentation view for a shared screen. It follows the audience’s result visibility, so pending or hidden contributions are not shown to the room. Keep your activity window open separately for facilitation controls.
04 / Review what the group created
Open Insights & PDF after the activity.
Owners and Editors can review participation and contribution totals, then request a PDF of approved activity content. Reveal hidden live results before exporting. Exported PDFs are private, available to the requesting manager while their access remains valid, and expire after 24 hours.
PADIVO works in a browser on phones, tablets and computers and can be installed as a web app on supported devices. An internet connection is needed to join, submit responses and receive updates; activity content is not saved in the offline cache.
